I am not an expert while building debian packages from source. So guys it would be really great if you can help me out?

Looks like you need to remove the -core package which will remove the xserver-xorg and a few of the -input ones as well, the xserver-xorg-input-mouse and kbd looks like you will need to apt-get source them and then build their packages having edited the control file Depends: libc6 (>= 2.3.5-1), xserver-xorg-core (>= 2:1.1.1-4) to say xserver-xorg-video-amd then its version number. Now this is what think you are going to have to do but this is a little beyond my experience in building packages you might want to go to
