Using fluxbox how do I make it so that windows don't maximize over toolbar?
 
I remember in gentoo it did this by default. When I maximised a window, it would only go to the toolbar, leaving space on the sides of it. Does anyone know how I do this in Debian? Thanks in advance for your help.

menu - configuration - options - full maximization

right-click on the center of the taskbar and choose 'always on top'.
