tmpfs is remounted read only

Since a few days when i turn of or reboot my system it says in the end that tmpfs is remounted read only.
Is this a problem?

and i have another problem
When i try ie. to sudo chgrp groupname /dev/raw1394
i get an error saying the filesystem it is on is read only.
Could it be it is on tmpfs everything else works fine.

Can anyone help me?

When you get to Grub, select the initrd of kernel you use to boot and press e to edit

Then, select the line that has the ro option and change that option to rw then, press b to boot the system
