Synaptic Package Manager Error.... openbsd-inetd
 

I'm running into this error message every time I try to download and install a new package through the Synaptec Package Manager

E: openbsd-inetd: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. Any suggestions?

My apologies........ again I forgot to give more info about my system.
AMD processor, Debian, version Etch

problem fixed..........sort of.
I just went ahead and erased my hard drive and re-installed Etch. everything is working fine now.
