sudo-ldap

Hi all,
I need to run a programme from startup for all users, that needs root permission, I was going to try to work out sudoers, but on a search of Debian packages I found sudo-ldap, which seems like a package I need, however I can't find any documentation, can anyone point me in the direction of this package documents or how to use it?
Thanks in advance

what kind of "startup" - System boot or user login? how many users is "all users"? How does ldap relate to this at all? It looks like you just need to read the standard sudo configuration, nothing special.
