After doing an apt-get upgrade on my debian SID box firefox stopped working (I was unable to start it again).
when I typed firefox in the console it returned no output at all (it just seemed to quit). I decided to install the package from Mozilla.org but that one also doesn't seem to work.
When I want to start it I get the following error (at the end) :
Quote:
*** loading the extensions datasource
*** ExtensionManager:_updateManifests: no access privileges to application directory, skipping.

So I guess I need to give the USER access to something but what ?
Anybody here who can help me out ?
Firefox seems to load fine for ROOT.
