For one, try to stay calm. Take a step back, wait for a while, look through the stages of your driver initialization. Unfortunately, there's a lot to wade through here. I'll look when I have time.

Code:
pawn57@debian:~$ lspci | grep VGA
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v2/3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Oland XT [Radeon HD 8670 / R7 250]

You appear to have a hybrid graphics setup with both AMD/intel.
The bumblebee project helps with the Nvidia/intel combo but no clue about the AMD version.
PITA and better avoided...

In ubuntu/mate i took screen shot of additional drivers.

The AMD Radeon is using the open source, not the fglrx ... both monitors are working.

yes i see. and also i notice the ubuntu adds 2 drm devices (card1 and card0) ...

Code:
[ 103.211] (II) xfree86: Adding drm device (/dev/dri/card1)
[ 103.211] (II) xfree86: Adding drm device (/dev/dri/card0)
I wonder why since it is listing RADEON(G0), as seen above, but as seen in the screenshot it shows it's using the open source driver??

Radeon is the name of the open-source driver, so it tells you its name when it reports things, and a DRM device means Direct Rendering Manager, in other words a graphics device.
