Question Screen Saver Crash Azureus in Gnome

I am using Debian ETCH with Linux foo 2.6.17-2-686 #1 SMP Wed Sep 13 16:34:10 UTC 2006 i686 GNU/Linux, my GUI is GNOME, for some reason when I enter to screen saver whilst Azureus is running it locks my whole computer and I have to physically power down.

I was wondering how I could find out why this happens, and how I can go about fixing this. Can someone please give me some pointers in order to get me going in the right direction in order to resolve this matter?

Again, thankyou for your time.

DaveyB
