run a command at startup/resume

Hi folks,

I would like to correct the time (using ntpdate) every time I boot my box up or resume it from hibernate. Obviously, this must happen after network has come up.

What would be the best place for this command? Can I do it in one place?

Thanks in advance,
Ott

I believe the ntp client has startup scripts to update your clock.

Hm. Seems like ntp instead of ntpdate solves the problem.
Tnx, Ott
