resize non contiguous partitions in gparted
Hello
my root partition run out of space
i would like to steal space from an ntfs partition and allocate it to the root partition; the problem is that all the other partitions are in between the root one and the free unallocate espace I just created. how I could extend the root partition to take into account that new unallocated espace.
I let debian installer choose the size of my partitions i have separated root home, tmp; var et usr. now i know it's not the wise choice.
i could remove gnome and replace it with gnome core or a lightweight wm but when I do apt-get remove gnome --purge it barely frees 18.7mb while it installed over 200mb.
thank you very much.
