Rescue Floppy

I am trying to install Debian from the internet. So first I need to make a bunch of floppies. I can do that, download the .bin's and then use RawWrite to put them on floppies. But it says I need to make a rescue floppy to boot from. I can't find wher on the site to download it, or how to make it, can someone please help.

Not sure which version you are installing, but using this version as an example; "rescue.bin" is the image file of the rescue floppy you will boot from and "root.bin" is the image file you will be prompted for after booting from the rescue floppy.
You will probably also need some driver floppies.
