reconfiguring gateway address by console

I need to know how to reconfigure the gateway address in debian in the console(terminal), I don't have a GUI installed, it is a proxy/http server.

Try

# dpkg-reconfigure etherconf

for a pretty debconf interface or /etc/network/interfaces by hand to your liking.
