proftpd woun't read second hard drive

Hello there, I have Debian DNU/Linux 3.0 r3 up to date running ProFTPd server. It is working properly, but when I add another hard drive it woun't read it. The way that I am asking you, is that I don't know what exactly to change in the proftpd.conf file.
Is here someone that can give me opinion how to do it? I want the annonymous users to access the new hard disk too.
I've searched in the proftpd official documentation, but still don't know what to do. May be the right way is to use <Directory> ... </Directory> but I've tried to symlink the partition and add it like <Directory> and it still don't work. I can't find any documentation about attaching new hard drive

Can someone give advice or url to read

this is when I list the files and directories

I allowed the ShowSymlinks in proftpd.conf file so when I lon on to ftp do this

Finally I dosn't recieve any errors in /var/log/messages file

I've readed the doc, but that one don't helped me to solve the exercise, so I've created directory in the chrooted anonymous dir, than mount the new hard drive to this directory and it is working. Simple
