It looks like the mirror is down. Maybe for upgrades, repairs, or a simple crash who knows. I guess you'll have to choose another mirror until this one is up again.

Right but my problem is any new mirror I put in my sources.list file gives me errors when I try to run apt-get. It keeps giving me the "Couldn't stat source package" error.

Please don't take this as a dumb question, but have you run
apt-get update
after changing your sources.list?
