problem to set quota in Debian 6

/dev/loop0 on /home/nadav/testmount type ext3 (rw,loop=/dev/loop0,usrquota,grpquota)

# ls testmount/* aquota.user* lost+found** quota.user

# edquota -u nadav -f testmount/

edquota: Cannot find any quota file to work on.

edquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.

# quotacheck -avugm

quotacheck: Cannot guess format from filename on /dev/loop0. Please specify format on commandline.

quotacheck: Cannot find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.
Thanks for your help

quotacheck -c /mount/point
quotacheck -g -c /mount/point
