I was wondering if its possible to print using a Windows 2K3 Domain print server? I am the only one in my office using a Debian Linux machine and I sometimes find it rather annoying that I can't print and have to email my stuff to co-workers to print for me.

Is it possible to get my Debian Linux machine to map a network printer on this Windows domain?

If it's a true network printer (Ethernet Interface with LPR or IPP support) you could always print from your Linux box directly to the printer and bypass the w2k3 print server.. This is what I do.. The only reason you would HAVE to go through the windows share is if the printer is connected directly to the Parrallel or USB port on the windows machine.

I can print to all 3 Multifunction Konica/Minolta Copiers here, the HP 9040 network Printer and the Samsung network Printers and never bother with the Windows Print server.
