print from Sarge over the Windows Network Printer

hi

how can I print from Debian Sarge over the Windows Network Printer ?

should I install Cups ?

Yes.
Code:
apt-get install foomatic* cupsys cupsys-client
You should then be able to configure the printer using the KDE Control Center, or by pointing your browser at http://localhost:631. Check your firewall/iptable settings also, if you don't seem to be able to connect to the printer.
