postfix & gmail

i do run debian 8 in my soho PC. i do have an extra gmail account that i would like to use it to send and receive messages from the CLI using that account in Postfix.
i have seen a tutorial (https://easyengine.io/tutorials/linux/u ... mail-smtp/) but it is only for sending messages. has anyone any ideas on how to configure it to make it receive messages as well please?
i do need to send messages to that email account and then the asterisk of the box will manage it to make the necessary action.

Providers like gmail store incoming messages on a pop3 server, so you need fetchmail to download them.

Yes of course. Just type "configure fetchmail" into google and you'll find a whole sheaf of stuff, including how to configure it for gmail.

You really do need to know how to use google.
