Nvidia driver install guide?

Thanks for all the help guys

installed the kernel and headers from unstable, then cut that repository off, and then DL'd the newest beta driver from nvidia.com, and it installed great

had to do some stuff to make a runlevel that boots without gdm, and install some packages since it was a new install (something like build-essentials) but aside from that was really easy and it works great.

Good to hear you got it going. For the gdm problem you really only needed to use /etc/init.d/gdm stop at the console build the module then use start on the end of the command to start it up again.
