New to Debin/pPowerbook- Help Please (Basic install stuff)

Hello,

I'm new to the Mac archetecture. I have a power book and I downloded the debian netinstall for powerpc. I want this to be completely debian, no disk sharing with mac. I rebboted, held down the "c" key and it still boots into the mac os. What am I doing wrong? I'm used to dealing with bios on my pc.

Thanks,

ab

ps- this is an older laptop circa 1998-2000

Does https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...d.php?t=517178 mean that you have solved this particular problem?

Yes. I needed to hold down cmd+opt+shift+delete and booted into the debian cd with no problem. Sorry for not closing the post.
