Question Need help with disk Quotas (phantom users)

Hello!

After doing some tests, when I run the following command I find that there are some UIDs beginning with # :

Code:
root@myhome:/# repquota -as

*** Rapport pour les quotas user sur le périphérique /dev/sda2

#9307 -- 3016 0 200M 342 0 0
The most strange is that these users are not in my /etc/passwd and besides, I can edit his quotas with the command:

Code:
root@myhome:/# edquota -u 500

Quotas disque pour user 500 (uid 500) :
Système de fichiers blocs souple stricte inodes souple stricte
  /dev/sda2 2604 0 0 313 0 0
How can I remove these users from quota ???

Thanks !

You sure? Not to insult your intelligence, but I can't see it for myself . Do you get naything from:
Code:
grep 500 /etc/passwd
grep 9307 /etc/passwd
To find files owned by user 9307:
Code:
find / -uid 9307
I'm not sure how to delete them from quota.

Of course, the first thing I did was look for them in /etc/passwd and nothing !

by contrast with the find command if I could find some files that his owns.

I suppose that if the lines begin with # the quota for these users is off, but since the file /aquota.user is encrypted, I dont know if linux does assume the typical # like comments in bash.

Thanks for your answer.
