how can I downgrade mysql-5.0 to 4.1 - debian unstable.
I see both packages in synaptic, but when i try to change them I receive message - abort downgrade.
yesterday we discussed running a debian distribution with packages from both testing/unstable repositories and setting the pin-priorities for them. it's the same way downgrade of a package takes place, so check this thread

*why downgrade???
edit: i've done a distro-downgrade once and it wasn't painless
