MPlayer - how do i get DVD menu?


All my DVD's work, but they don't go to menu. So I must watch watever it plays . . . outakes . . . ARRG.

i found that MPLAYER doesn't support DVD menu, please close this thread.

MPlayer doesn't support menus, but you can still play anythign you want from it, just enter teh title number directly:

mplayer dvd://1
mplayer dvd://22

etc...

i've an aplication called lsdvd which lists the contents of a dvd if you have trouble finding the right track to play.

If you're interested in just playing DVDs with no hassle, I recommend installing xine-ui.
