Mouse

Hi I have a couple of questions.

Is there a way to find out what port my mouse is connected on? e.g. /dev/psaux is not correct or so xwindows says I would ten to agree since I can't see anything when moving the mouse around.

Also is there a program with debian equivalent to kudzu in fedora or redhat since I'm coming from Fedora and I'm semi-noob at it since I stuffed up my MBR and i'm going to have to sort out a way to get my MBR back on track to be able to boot fedora and debian.

regarding kudzu, you still can use it in debian, you can use apt-get to install it. you may try kudzu to solve your mouse problem.
