Making my own Debian Enlightenment desktop

I plan on starting with the minimal cd. I just wondered if anyone has a standard list of stuff I'll need to make a basic Enlightenment desktop, so I don't just end up crashing because I'm missing a dependency. Thanks!

In addition to what linus72 proposed:
repos:
http://packages.enlightenment.org/debian/
source:
http://cafelinux.org/OzOs/content/op...ebian-gnulinux

check this if you like:
http://www.ibiblio.org/refracta/

I don't think you need much more than X. If you compile it from source you need the things which are needed for compiling...of course. Debian, deselect environment during tasksel, install xorg; ready, go.

Ok, ok: after installing X i install fluxbox and a web-browser, so i may copy and paste what i need.

PS: You should also find some useful info about enlightenment at the Ubuntu-forum.

Assuming your are talking about dr17/e17. Install sid and let Debian worry about dependencies:

http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=e17

If e16, then that is in stable.

Evo2.

The last time i checked the e17-version of Sid was usuable, but it misses a lot of the emodules.
I wouldn't use it on a daily basis. As said: its a few weeks ago, things change fast.
