Major headache trying to install/configure Java plugin for Chrome


I have had a heck of a time trying to get the Java 7 plugin installed/configured for Chrome. Is there someone out there that could give me controlled walk-through on it? I have Java 7 downloaded and extracted to

Hi;

Since you have already downloaded (tar.gz) java and extracted it; it (tar file) should of came with a 'Read Me' file.
The read me file should provide you with instruction's; if not this webpage should help.
