lottanzb dependency problems Debian current stable install
Greetings,
I am trying to install the lottanzb frontend. I am getting dependency problems.
Needs updated python-common ... which needs
dpkg update .... which conflict with "apt" so I need APT update
etc.
This install of Debian is just fine [in fact near perfect] but it doesn't have a very good graphical NNTP binary downloader.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
I have a new Debian Stable install on a Debian only hard drive.
1 Gig swap
7 Gig / reiserFS boot
30 Gig /home ext3
Gnome Desktop
Should I install a testing version and if so, which one?
Will it keep my settings from the current installation.
