Logon Customization

This may sound like a strange question...

Can I customize the xfree logon to look more attractive?

Thanks

depends on the login manager you're using.

GDM -> run gdmconfig (as root)
KDM -> run kcmshell kdm (as root)
XDM -> I don't know

The only thing I can suggest is poking around in /etc/X11/xdm and seeing what the scripts do. I'm sure there is some sort of config file that sets up how things look.

Good luck
