log off blank screen

Hi,

I upgraded my testing to unstable and Gnome 2.4, everything works perfect except for 1 thing.
When I log off in Gnome instead of throwing me back to gdm, I get a blank (black) screen. Forcing me to reboot.
What's wrong?

can you get a CLI?
ctrl+alt+Fx (x = 1 to 6)
look for /var/log/XFree86.0.log to see if nothing's wrong (just in case)

It looks like upgrading gnome made an "upgrade" to conf files on gnome.
try using gconf

Sorry, I can't help you more
