More handy commands for looking at your hardware specs:
Code:
fdisk -l
lshw
hwlist
lsscsi
/sbin/dmidecode
smartctl -a /dev/XXX
Replace /dev/XXX with the proper /dev/device of your HDD you want to examine with `smartctl`

You may not have one or more of these - some distros do not necessarily have every one of these tools by default. If the HDD info you're seeking is not produced by something we've given you here, please tell us exactly what it is you wish to know about the HDD's.
