libboost property_traits not declared....

Hya,

I am somewhat very confused...

System
Debian wheeze, current as of Mon Jan 23 10:55:41 UTC 2012,
libboost-all-dev (1.48.0.2)

Situation
I am trying to compile some tarball.
My Penguin chokes, error message is
Code:
/usr/include/boost/graph/circle_layout.hpp:35:5: error: 'property_traits' was not declared in this scope
And following source code is an epicentre.
Code:
#include <boost/graph/circle_layout.hpp>
Questoin
Can anybody direct me to get this tarball compiled?
