libapache-mod-cgi-debug in debian sarge

Does anyone know how to make use of this module?
I'm completely new to this and Debian, I I'll probably need fairly detailed info. I've got Apache2 installed but not even tried yet, perhaps not even configured properly yet.

I have found this module has its own directory which holds a few files including a basic description of its use. The module is in development so good luck to its developer.
