KDE Menu Fonts Garbled

I installed Debian 9.0 the weekend it came out. I've got a few issues with it. The one I want to discuss here is the KDE Menu fonts become garbled every second scroll of my mouse wheel. e.g. if I navigate to a part of the KDE menu that is big enough that I can scroll on, every second notch of my mouse wheel the fonts in the menu become messy. It fixes itself if I move the cursor away from the menu & then back over it again.

Screenshot uploaded to Dropbox here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cczfmj9nyb...42921.png?dl=0

I've also found the KDE Updater thing has the same problem, but I've not got a screenshot of it.

My system has nVidia Geforce 750 Ti using their 375.66 drivers.

I've tried adjusting the KDE font settings but have not fixed it yet. I'm just wondering if anyone else has this same issue & any ideas on fixing it?

Which says it is a Qt bug: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-55638

The video driver can do that, There is no cure other than complain to nVidia.
