KDE broke down
I updated KDE yesterday and today it didn't boot at all. I get to kdm but after loggin in it just reloads kdm and doesn't let me in.
If I issue "exec startkde" in .xinitrc and use "startx" it says that "startkde not found". Any idea on how to get the KDE to work again? I'm using the Debian Sid... accident waiting to happen |

Ok, I'll try that. I thought of installing the 'kde' package but I don't like that kind of bloat on my system.
I'll check the ksmserver package if that will fix it. Using fluxbox currently as my XFCE4 is also broken... no panels or menus ... just the background image :( Few problems but what else to expect in Sid :) |
Yeah, just installed the ksmserver and KDE works again.
