The files ending with .iso.crc and .iso.md5 are checksums - when you download the actual file, you can run a program to compute the checksum and compare it with the contents of these files, this way you can tell if the huge file you just downloaded has been corrupted or not.
To burn the disc, you need the .iso image, so click on the link that leads to such a file. If you have a bittorrent client, you can download the .torrent file and then use that to download the .iso file.
When you have downloaded the file, I'd highly recommend downloading the .md5 file and comparing its contents to the output from
