Is there an icon in the bottum pannel to display all wireless networks?

I'm going to be installing Debian lenny beta two soon, but before I do, I was curious to know how one accesses a wireless network in it. In Ubuntu and Open suse, there was an icon in the bottum pannel which would list all detectible networks if you clicked on it. Does this hold true in Lenny? If not, what do I need to do?

There is a systray applet for controlling network connections managed by NetworkManager. If you do a full install, it should come by default. If you do a netinst, you may need to add it manually.

Once I do a full install, how specificly do I access this application? Will just running the first CD give this one to me? If I want to install programs from the other 29 lenny disks, do I need to boot them, or if I'm logued in to Debian, if I insert them will it automaticly ask me if I want to install them? Thanks,

Josh.

IMHO wicd is a more reliable "network manager" than "NetworkManager"
Just use your package manager to install it.
