Is there a dialog menu to configure RAID and LVM?

I have a system that has been running for quite a while. After adding a new harddisk, is there a command to launch the disk configuration dialog menu (the one we see during the OS installation) to configure RAID and LVM?

Thanks.
PS. Not running X-windows.
