When trying to install Debian in a netinstall, the download speed is very slow, about one quarter my optimal speed, but when changing to windows its normal, I have tried different servers an they are all slow, how can I download at full speed, I have dsl with no proxy, no firewall, in DHCP.
Well I don't know what the problem is, but you might try apt-setup and select nearby site for download....
ps actually I've never done netinstall, but you might try nevertheless
