Hi -

I assume you want to download a CD image for Debian.

Either of these would work:

http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/...a/i386/iso-cd/

1. Just take whatever is convenient - "setup" will autodetect the exact CPU model, and will auto-detect 1-CPU vs. SMP (like your dual core).

2. Do *not* take "IA64" - that's for Itanium.

3. If you want 64-bit (strictly optional - there are pros and cons), *Do* take AMD64 - it's for both AMD (the first compatible 64-bit) and Intel EM64T (which ironically came much *later*)
