Debian should autodetect it automatically, make sure it's enabled in the BIOS.
You will have to set it up. I o not us debian, but look around for internet setup, network setup, or something like that.

The driver is eepro 100. The standard Debian way is to open a console and do modconf ( if it says not found apt-get install modconf) then go down the list to network card drivers look for eepro 100 press return and it will install the driver for you. You may need no configure the networking by editing the details in /etc/network/interfaces as appropriate and then again from a console do /etc/init.d/networking restart.
