I get error 15 after formating partition where it was installed Debian
Hi, I have installed windows XP on C disc and Debian on D and E(swap space), in windows XP I formated D and E disc with partition magic. After reboot I get: GRUB loading stage 1.5
GRUB loading please wait... ERROR 15 Then I can't do anything. I can't write anything I can just restart my computer and then ia get the same message. Please help, now i can't use windows XP or Debian. |

I tried to reinstall debian but nothing happened when I putted cd into cd-rom(and first boot device is cd-rom). I get the same message error 15 I have this cd: http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/5.0.0/amd64/bt-cd/

Windows cd and this commandn you gave me fixmbr solves the problem. Now I can use windows.

i do have same error msg while booting, how do i get fixmbr command after installing xp....
can i reload debian after this kindly let me know. |
