How to install bittorrent client that supports web interface?

I have just set up my server, and if would like to install a bittorrent client with webinterface.
I am using debian in command line with no GUI, and have looked at bitcomet and Azureus as torrent clients.

At Azureus homepage i can see they support webinterfaces, but java is needed to install - i belive that it would be better to install a client that didn't use java?

But what should i do? and what torrent client to install?
