How to configure my Wireless LAN PCMCIA Card - realtek 8180l

My system is Debian sarge 3.1, I can see my wlan card info with 'lspci', but how can I configure it to use it?

I have got wireless-tools, but it seems can only find eth0 and lo, is there anything else I need to do?

And I found some scripts in /etc/pcmcia/, like 'network', 'wireless' etc. But these are quite confused to use.
