how to add new languages in OpenOffice

Hi there
Sorry if the title of the thread is more for the Software section i particularly place it here because of the apt-get of Debian. I would like to ask if there is a possible way to add new languages in Debian's OpenOffice suite with an apt-get install. Is possible as well to add in the Applet Panel a language option as in Windows.

Under tools-->options you can change the language - other packs can be downloaded from http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/....org_Solutions
