gnome bluetooth
I just got a new phone that has bluetooth, so I decided to buy a bluetooth adapter for my computer. I plugged it in, did a couple apt-get installs and viola my computer had bluetooth.
I spent about two hours trying to figure out why I could pair with the computer but not send any files between it, and eventually decided to install the kde bluetooth environment. Suddenly I had all the programs I needed to do file transfers and talk to my phone, etc.
Are there gnome equivalents for this stuff, or is gnome really that far behind?
