Getting XFCE4 into KDM


Hi

I have installed XFCE4 with apt-get install xfce4 and then run xfce4_setup, but how do i get it into the menu listings of KDM ?

simple

choose custom and xfce4 should start right up.

Try copying /usr/share/xessions/xfce4.desktop to /usr/share/apps/kdm/sessions/ and see what happens.
