I wonder what causes this?

It happens these days on every deb packet what I try to install...
Any solution what causes this
I'm using Debian Testing Sarge. PKG-Config is 0.15.0.

I think this causes the problem But how to fix it

I think its fixed now with this command ->
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/pkg-config.list
