downloading 3.0 rev2

hi there,

reading about Debian and the install procedurers it states that there are 3 CDs if you buy a set for a install. if one goes to a mirror to download an .iso image there are 7 images and 2 binary-1 iso's [one NONUS] am i correct in assuming that i just need the first 3 of these .iso images? and if so what are all the other ones for?

cheers
jj

I would just download the fist CD only, that is if you have a good internet connection on your pc. After the installation just apt-get all the other packages you need, this way you only download what you need
