I went to bootdisk.com and found
THIS , it is a win98 bootdisk that can be written from Linux.
Extract it, cd into the directory and use "dd if=WIN98SEC.IMG of=/dev/fd0"
That will give you a bootable floppy. Copy the ASRFLASH.exe and BIOS image to the floppy, and boot. At the C:/ prompt run ASRFLASH.exe to update your BIOS.
EDIT: You will have to remove some files to make room. I am pretty sure you only need autoexec.bat, config.sys, msdos.sys, command.com and io.sys.
