Dosbootdisk for upgrading bios

I just bought a new Asrock K7S41 which will only run my also new XP 3100+ (I know it's old but for me it's really really new stuff ) if I upgrade the bios.
I have no access to any windows what so ever and the upgrade utility from asrock needs to be installed on a bootable floppy (to run the ASRFLASH.exe). Is there any way to create a bootable floppy in Debian to get this done?

Regards

I went to bootdisk.com and found THIS , it is a win98 bootdisk that can be written from Linux.

Extract it, cd into the directory and use "dd if=WIN98SEC.IMG of=/dev/fd0"

That will give you a bootable floppy. Copy the ASRFLASH.exe and BIOS image to the floppy, and boot. At the C:/ prompt run ASRFLASH.exe to update your BIOS.

EDIT: You will have to remove some files to make room. I am pretty sure you only need autoexec.bat, config.sys, msdos.sys, command.com and io.sys.
