dns problem

I buy a router adsl and now I can not navigate on web. The firefox, or another breowser can not open sites.
If I change the dns in resolv.conf that is by dhcp 192.198.1.1 by this dns nameserver 194.65.100.117
nameserver 194.65.5.2
(dns of server)
I can navigate with no problem. But the real problem is when a reboot the machine the dns return to 192.198.1.1. More strange to me, is when use a cd of knoppix, the name server is again 192.198.1.1 and I can open the sites.
What's the problem, or how can I do the:
nameserver 194.65.100.117
nameserver 194.65.5.2
I use debian-sarge
don't are erase every reboot?

Update the DNS server setting on the router you just put in because your debian host is using DHCP and it's going to take whatever DNS your router is handing out whenver it renews it's DHCP lease.
